Returns

We understand online shopping can sometimes be difficult. We accept returns for up to 14 days from when you have first received your order. The garments must be unworn, with all tags still attached and packaging intact, in the same condition it was received, suitable for resale. 

If you would like to return an order please contact enquiries@asherandarcher.com with the subject line Attn: Returns Order Number:#####. 

Please include your full contact information, detailed reasoning for the return and photos of the garment if damaged. We will contact you within 48hrs with the next steps in processing the return. No orders will be accepted without going through this approval process. 

There are no refunds/returns on custom and sale items. 

Asher and Archer will not be responsible with postage charges for the return and reserves the right to charge additional fees in processing returns when required.
