Postage and Shipping

DOMESTIC

Asher and Archer orders over $200 are eligible for free shipping. A flat fee of $15.00 applies for shipping under $200

Asher and archer recommend someone is present to sign for the delivery of your order for the safety of your package. If someone is unavailable to do so, please note the “authority to leave” option at time of checkout. Asher and Archer is not responsible for the safety of your package if this option is selected. 

INTERNATIONAL 

Orders of $200 or over shipping to New Zealand are eligible for free shipping. A $20  flat fee applies for orders under $200.

For all other countries Asher and Archer offers free international shipping for orders $300 and over. Orders under $300 will be charged a flat shipping fee of $35.

Please note your order may be required to pay customs and import duties upon arrival of the goods into your country. Asher and Archer  is not responsible for any duties or taxes the customs office may charge you, and payment is necessary to release your order from customs.

Please check your local customs office for more information as customs policies and import duties vary from country to country. You can also use an online tool for an estimated price on duties and customs. Asher and Archer is not responsible for the safety of your package if this option is selected.

WHEN

Every Asher and Archer  piece is made to order in Melbourne, Australia. Your selected garments  will be created from scratch when you place your order online. 

Beautifully hand-made pieces take time. Please allow up to 3 weeks for the make and delivery of your piece once purchased.

Asher and Archer orders are shipped Monday to Friday, and are not shipped and/or delivered on weekends or holidays. Asher and Archer is not responsible for any delays in delivery or misplaced packages. 

Once your garment is complete, approximate delivery times for Australia is 1-3 days from date of shipment; New Zealand 5-7 days, and all other countries allow up to 14 days for delivery.

EXPRESS

Asher and Archer can accommodate express orders on request, this may incur additional fees and must be agreed upon in writing and by selecting the “express option” at your time of order.  

TRACKING 

Once you place your order, a confirmation email will be sent and a link to the tracking information.
