Asher + Archer Veil making workshop for Melbourne fashion festival

MAKE YOUR OWN // VEIL OR JEWELLERY

As part of @melbfashionfestival independent programme.

This workshop is perfect for wedding parties, brides to be and hens groups. Champagne and light refreshments will be served.

WHO WILL RUN THE WORKSHOP? 

Anneliese, founder of Asher + Archer, a couture fashion designer and Sarah, founder of Silent Dove a couture jewellery designer.

WHAT WILL THE WORKSHOP ENTAIL? 

You can decide if you would like to create a veil or a fashion garment embellishment or create your own couture jewellery.

Sarah will take you through creating your own couture jewellery, using pearls and other semi-precious stones. Perfect for events and special occasions.

Anneliese will take you through the process of crafting your own embellishment for a dress you have at home or for creating your own embellished veil.

WHERE WILL THE WORKSHOP BE HELD?

The workshop will run at the Asher + Archer design studio in Collingwood, Melbourne. 

Participants are encouraged to bring their own vintage lace, or beads that they may want to feature in a design or materials will also be supplied as part of the workshop.

The Something Blue workshop is a tribute to the artistry, heritage, and symbolism that imbue couture fashion and jewellery with lasting significance, offering a thoughtful nod to heirlooms, weddings, and the stories that make each piece unique.
